Steps to apply for the VCP at participating MA RMD's

You must be a registered patient with the Massachusetts medical use of cannabis program through the MA Dept. of Public Health.
Verify your Dept. of Veterans Affairs service connected disability rating of 100% with your DOD common access card (CAC) DD Form 2765. Or bring in your VA id card along with a copy of your Commissary letter, or Benefit Summary Letter printed from https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits/homepage
